Application and backing options are confirmed according to your project requirements. Border and edge construction will be recommended based on the patch shape and design.

We review customer-supplied items case by case and cannot confirm we can work on one until we have reviewed it.

Where would you like it? We confirm what suits each item after review.

5 Personalization
6 Artwork and item photos

Optional. Your logo, and a photo of the item if you are unsure it suits embroidery: PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, up to 25 MB each, 5 files. Nothing you send is published.

    7 Timing and notes

    We will tell you whether a date is achievable once we have reviewed the project. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.

    No price is calculated automatically. A person reviews every request and replies with questions or a written quote.

    Privacy: what you submit, including any artwork, is used only to respond to your quote request. It is stored securely, files are kept in private storage that is never published, and only authorized DECOVINK staff can see it. Read our Privacy Policy.

    What happens next

    1. You receive a reference number (EM-) on screen when you submit.
    2. We review your items, artwork, placements and quantities.
    3. We contact you with questions, or with a written quote.
    4. Nothing is produced until you approve the details.
