What we embroider
Caps are one of the most popular items for embroidery, for teams, staff and merchandise alike.
Front is the usual home for a logo or crest. Side and back placements suit smaller marks, initials or a web address, where the cap’s construction allows.
Cap construction, panel shape, seams, the closure at the back and the size and detail of your design. A structured front panel behaves differently from a soft knit beanie, so we confirm the specification for your headwear before production.

These are common locations, not a promise for every item. Fabric, seams, pockets, zips, lining and how the area can be reached all affect where embroidery fits, so we confirm placement for your specific item before production.

There is no fixed price list. Cost depends on the item, the quantity, the size and complexity of the design, how many locations you want, digitizing and any personalization. Send us your details and we will reply with a written quote.
An embroidery machine does not stitch from an image file. Your artwork is converted into stitch instructions that tell the machine where and how to stitch, suited to the design, the material and the size. Artwork made for printing is not automatically ready for embroidery.
The best original you have, ideally vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). A high-resolution PNG is also helpful. We will tell you if anything needs simplifying for embroidery.
We have not published a minimum. We confirm what is practical for your item and design when we quote.
