Your logo. Your garment. Your placement.

Built around what you need on the item

Most embroidery projects are one or more of these:

  • Company logos on staff and uniform apparel
  • Team and academy crests on caps, jackets and training wear
  • Names for staff identification, players and coaches
  • Organization branding for clubs, schools and events
  • Your own design, where it suits embroidery
  • Custom patches for uniforms, teams and branded gear

Why we review every item

Embroidery is stitched into the fabric, so the item itself matters. Fabric weight, seams, pockets, zips, lining and how the area can be reached all affect what is possible, and so does the detail in your design.

That is why we talk about suitable garments and textile products rather than promising everything: we confirm the specification for your actual item before anything is stitched.

Questions

Embroidery, answered

What can you embroider?

Suitable garments, workwear, headwear and textile accessories: shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, caps, beanies, bags, aprons and similar items. Whether a specific item suits embroidery depends on its fabric, construction and the area you want stitched, so we confirm that for your item before production.

Can you embroider something I already own?

Possibly. We review customer-supplied items case by case and cannot confirm we can work on one until we have seen the details. Tell us about it in your quote request, ideally with a photo.

How much does embroidery cost?

There is no fixed price list. Cost depends on the item, the quantity, the size and complexity of the design, how many locations you want, digitizing and any personalization. Send us your details and we will reply with a written quote.

What is digitizing?

An embroidery machine does not stitch from an image file. Your artwork is converted into stitch instructions that tell the machine where and how to stitch, suited to the design, the material and the size. Artwork made for printing is not automatically ready for embroidery.

What artwork should I send?

The best original you have, ideally vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). A high-resolution PNG is also helpful. We will tell you if anything needs simplifying for embroidery.

Is there a minimum order?

We have not published a minimum. We confirm what is practical for your item and design when we quote.

How long does it take?

We confirm timing after we have reviewed your project. Tell us your required date in the request and we will let you know whether it is achievable before you commit.

Can you add names to staff or player apparel?

Yes, personalization such as employee names, player names, numbers and titles can be part of a project. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the details for your items.

Can you embroider safety or high-visibility workwear?

Adding embroidery to flame-resistant, high-visibility or other protective garments may affect their certification or performance. We review these items individually and you should check with the garment manufacturer and your safety requirements before any modification.

Do you also print apparel?

Yes. For full apparel programs that mix decoration methods, see Custom Apparel, and for print transfers see DTF Transfers.

Ready to talk about your embroidery?

Tell us the items, the artwork and where you want it. A person reviews every request.
