Tournaments, camps, fundraisers, charity runs, festivals, volunteer teams and community groups — usually one run, usually to a fixed date.
The date is the date. An event shirt that arrives the day after the event is worthless. Put your date in the request and we will confirm in writing whether it works before you commit to anything.
Sizing is a guess. You rarely know who is turning up. We can talk through a sensible size spread rather than have you order thirty smalls.
Roles need separating. Volunteers, staff, officials and participants usually need to be distinguishable at a glance.
If your event carries sponsors, tell us how many marks and where they have to sit. Sponsor obligations are usually contractual, and it is much cheaper to plan placement before production than to discover a logo was promised a position it did not get.
Say what your budget is. For fundraising apparel the useful question is what you need to sell it at, and we would rather work back from that than quote a garment that makes your margin impossible.
We have not set fundraising or revenue-share arrangements, so treat any such arrangement as a conversation rather than an offer.
Tell us the date, rough numbers and the roles you need to distinguish.
We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.
There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.
Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.
No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.
We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.
We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.
