Custom Apparel · Martial Arts
BJJ, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo and wrestling. Academy apparel that works in a training environment and still represents the school properly at a competition.

A grappling academy does not buy what a soccer club buys. Garments spend their life under friction, sweat and repeated washing, decoration sits on stretch fabric that moves constantly, and the apparel has to survive being gripped.
That changes which garments make sense and which decoration method suits them, which is why we would rather talk to you about it than sell you a generic team package.
We will recommend the method, and we will tell you where we are uncertain rather than guess with your money.
Available through DECOVINK
Full-colour heat-applied transfers. Strong for detailed crests, gradients, photographic artwork and small runs where every garment differs. This is a DECOVINK production line today, with its own ordering tool.
Stitched decoration for caps, polos, jackets and bags, where a raised, textured finish suits the garment better than a print. Stitch specification and placement are confirmed per project.
Player names, numbers and staff titles applied per garment from one roster you send us. You do not prepare separate artwork for each player.
Ask us — not confirmed
Traditionally the economical route for large runs of a simple design in few colours. DECOVINK has not confirmed a screen-printing production arrangement, so treat this as an enquiry: ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your run.
Used for fully patterned polyester kit where the design runs edge to edge. DECOVINK has not confirmed a sublimation production arrangement, so this is also an enquiry rather than a listed service.
You do not have to choose. Tell us the garment and send the artwork, and we will recommend the appropriate decoration method for your project.
Student names, instructor titles and team identifiers work from a single roster, the same way a sports club handles names and numbers. Send one list rather than one file per student.
We have not published wash-life or abrasion figures for decoration on stretch training fabric, because DECOVINK has not validated them for these garments. Anyone quoting you a number for that without testing it is guessing.
If durability on rash guards is critical to your order, say so in your request. We would rather run a sample first than have a whole academy order fail in month two.
Tell us your school, your disciplines and roughly how many students. We will come back with garments that suit mat time.
We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.
There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.
Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.
No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.
We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.
We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.
Yes. Most organizations want more than one tier of apparel, and it is usually cheaper and more consistent to do players, staff and supporters together in one program.
That is the intention, and it is why we keep your garments, artwork and specification on file against your quote reference. Ask us about repeat ordering when we speak.
