Custom Apparel
From training gear and team uniforms to coaching staff and branded merchandise, DECOVINK helps organizations build coordinated apparel programs — not one-off printed shirts.
Start a team order How team orders work
Tell us who you are, roughly how many people you are outfitting and what you need. You do not need sizes, artwork or a final garment list to start the conversation.

Who we serve
Clubs, teams and academies are who we build these programs around. Everyone below is genuinely welcome too.
Who we build for
Soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball, cricket, baseball, rugby, tennis, track, swimming and more. Uniforms, training kit, warm-ups, coaching staff and supporter apparel from one place.
Who we build for
BJJ, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo and wrestling. Academy apparel, training tops, rash guards, shorts, instructor kit and event apparel.
School teams, houses, clubs, spirit wear and graduating classes.
Member apparel, instructor kit and branded merchandise.
Polos, shirts, outerwear and headwear for teams on the floor and in the field.
Tournaments, fundraisers, camps, nonprofits and community groups.
One program
Players, staff and supporters in one coordinated identity, ordered together rather than chased separately across a season.
Competition uniforms and training kit, with names and numbers where you need them.
Practice tops, shorts, base layers and cold-weather gear for the whole squad.
Tracksuits, quarter-zips, jackets and travel wear for game day.
Coaching staff apparel that reads as staff, not as a spare player kit.
Officials, front desk, team managers and event volunteers.
Parent and fan apparel in your club identity, ordered alongside the team.
Apparel
These are the garment families we build programs from. Specific brands, styles and colours are matched to your budget and your sport when we prepare your quote, so nothing here is a fixed catalogue.
Decoration
We are explicit about what we run today and what is still an enquiry, so you can plan around facts.
Available through DECOVINK
Full-colour heat-applied transfers. Strong for detailed crests, gradients, photographic artwork and small runs where every garment differs. This is a DECOVINK production line today, with its own ordering tool.
Stitched decoration for caps, polos, jackets and bags, where a raised, textured finish suits the garment better than a print. Stitch specification and placement are confirmed per project.
Player names, numbers and staff titles applied per garment from one roster you send us. You do not prepare separate artwork for each player.
Ask us — not confirmed
Traditionally the economical route for large runs of a simple design in few colours. DECOVINK has not confirmed a screen-printing production arrangement, so treat this as an enquiry: ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your run.
Used for fully patterned polyester kit where the design runs edge to edge. DECOVINK has not confirmed a sublimation production arrangement, so this is also an enquiry rather than a listed service.
You do not have to choose. Tell us the garment and send the artwork, and we will recommend the appropriate decoration method for your project.
Process
Who you are, what you play, roughly how many people, and when you need it. A few minutes, no sizes required.
We come back with specific garments, decoration options and a written quote for your program.
You see how your crest and any names and numbers will be applied before anything is produced.
Your order is made, checked and sent. Your details stay on file so a mid-season top-up does not start from scratch.
We will confirm a production schedule in writing with your quote. We do not publish a turnaround for apparel, because it depends on the garment, the decoration and the size of the program, and a number we cannot hold to is worse than no number.
Tell us who you are and what you need. A person reads every request and comes back with real garments and a real quote.
Looking ahead
Most organizations eventually want their athletes, parents and staff to order approved apparel themselves instead of one person collecting every size and payment by hand.
That is the direction we are building in. It is not something you can use today, and we would rather tell you that than advertise a feature that does not exist. If it matters to how you plan your season, ask about team ordering solutions when we speak and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
Every quote carries a reference. Against it we hold your organization details, the garments discussed, your artwork and your decoration specification, so a mid-season top-up or next year’s order does not start from a blank page.
Questions
We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.
There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.
Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.
No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.
We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.
We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.
Yes. Most organizations want more than one tier of apparel, and it is usually cheaper and more consistent to do players, staff and supporters together in one program.
That is the intention, and it is why we keep your garments, artwork and specification on file against your quote reference. Ask us about repeat ordering when we speak.
Not yet. Organization team stores, where athletes and parents order approved items themselves, are something we are building towards rather than something you can use today. Ask about team ordering solutions and we will tell you where it stands.
We confirm a schedule in writing with your quote. We do not publish a standard apparel turnaround, because it genuinely varies by garment and decoration, and a published number we might miss during your season is worse than an honest date agreed up front.
Yes, if you have the right to use it. Send the best version you have and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing for the decoration method. We only use artwork you give us for your own order.
We are a Canadian company and Canada is our market. Shipping for an apparel program is quoted with the order rather than estimated here, because it depends on weight, destination and how the order is split.
