Put as many designs as you like on one 22″-wide sheet, arrange them yourself or let us pack them, and pay one sheet price. Longer sheets give a lower effective cost per foot.
PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. A JPG cannot be transparent, so anything white in the file prints white.

Every sheet is 22 inches wide. The sheet you select is charged at its full price whether you fill all of the available space or not. Longer sheets give a lower effective cost per foot. Prices are in CAD and exclude tax and shipping.
A JPG cannot hold transparency, so anything white in the file prints white. Full detail is in our file guidelines. Already have a sheet laid out? Upload it instead — that workflow also accepts PDF.
Gang sheet pricing is based on the sheet length you select. The selected sheet is charged at its full price whether you fill all of the available space or not, so the builder shows how much of the sheet you have used.
If a lot of the sheet is empty you are usually better off adding more designs or choosing a shorter sheet. We do not reduce the price according to the area you use.
Gang sheets do not use separate quantity discount tiers. The saving is built into the sheet sizes: a longer sheet has a lower effective cost per foot than the shortest sheet.
Standard DTF orders are normally ready for production within 1 to 2 business days of your order and artwork being accepted. That is production readiness, not carrier transit or a delivery date.

Yes. Choose your sheet length, upload the print-ready file, confirm it prints as supplied, and add it to your cart. We check that the file is the shape of the sheet you picked before you order, and we never stretch artwork to make it fit.
Yes. Upload your designs, set the printed size of each one, then arrange them yourself or press Auto arrange and we pack them for you with a quarter inch between designs. The price updates as you work and you add the finished sheet straight to your cart.
The gang sheet builder works with PNG and JPG artwork. PNG with a transparent background is best, because anything that is not transparent prints, including a white box behind a logo.
If you already have a print-ready sheet, the upload page also accepts PDF. PDF is not placed onto the builder canvas.
