How team and bulk orders work

A team order is a conversation, not a checkout. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and what we will not pretend to know up front.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your organization

Who you are, what you play, roughly how many people, and when you need it. A few minutes, no sizes required.

  2. 2

    We put together your apparel

We come back with specific garments, decoration options and a written quote for your program.

  3. 3

Approve the quote and the proof

You see how your crest and any names and numbers will be applied before anything is produced.

  4. 4

    We produce and deliver

Your order is made, checked and sent. Your details stay on file so a mid-season top-up does not start from scratch.

We will confirm a production schedule in writing with your quote. We do not publish a turnaround for apparel, because it depends on the garment, the decoration and the size of the program, and a number we cannot hold to is worse than no number.

What we ask you for

To quote you

  • Who your organization is and what you play or do
  • Roughly how many people you are outfitting
  • Which kinds of apparel you need
  • Whether you need names, numbers or sponsor logos
  • When you need it

That is it. No sizes, no final garment choices, no finished artwork.

Once you approve

  • Your artwork in the best form you have it
  • Exact garment and colour selections
  • A size breakdown
  • Your roster, if you need names and numbers
  • A confirmed delivery address and date

What we will not invent

A price list. Apparel cost is the garment, plus decoration, plus any personalization, plus setup, and it moves with quantity and with which supplier the garment comes from. We do not publish a figure we cannot stand behind, so every quote is written for your actual program.

A minimum order. We have not set a published minimum. Some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run, and we will tell you which applies rather than turn you away with a policy number.

A turnaround. We confirm a schedule in writing with your quote. Publishing a standard apparel turnaround would mean guessing across every garment and decoration combination, and a date we miss during your season is worse than an honest one agreed up front.

Durability figures. We have not validated wash-life or abrasion numbers for apparel decoration, so we do not quote any. If it is critical, ask for a sample before you commit the full order.

Reordering

Every quote carries a reference in the form CA-XXXXX. Against it we hold your organization details, the garments discussed, your artwork and your decoration specification.

That is what makes a mid-season top-up or next year’s order quick: you quote the reference, we already know what your apparel is supposed to look like.

Payment

Apparel orders are invoiced after you approve a written quote, not paid through a cart on this site. How payment is handled is confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Do you have a minimum order?

We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.

What does team apparel cost?

There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.

Can you do names and numbers for a whole roster?

Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.

Do we have to know our sizes to get a quote?

No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.

Can you match our club colours?

We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.

Which decoration method will you use?

We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.

Can coaches, staff and parents order too?

Yes. Most organizations want more than one tier of apparel, and it is usually cheaper and more consistent to do players, staff and supporters together in one program.

Can we reorder later in the season?

That is the intention, and it is why we keep your garments, artwork and specification on file against your quote reference. Ask us about repeat ordering when we speak.

Do you offer an online store for our members?

Not yet. Organization team stores, where athletes and parents order approved items themselves, are something we are building towards rather than something you can use today. Ask about team ordering solutions and we will tell you where it stands.

How long will our order take?

We confirm a schedule in writing with your quote. We do not publish a standard apparel turnaround, because it genuinely varies by garment and decoration, and a published number we might miss during your season is worse than an honest date agreed up front.

Can you use our existing crest?

Yes, if you have the right to use it. Send the best version you have and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing for the decoration method. We only use artwork you give us for your own order.

Where do you ship?

We are a Canadian company and Canada is our market. Shipping for an apparel program is quoted with the order rather than estimated here, because it depends on weight, destination and how the order is split.
