Custom Apparel · Corporate
Polos, shirts, outerwear and headwear for teams on the floor, on site and in front of customers — consistent across departments and repeatable as you hire.
It has to still look right in month six. Staff apparel is worn daily and washed constantly, so the garment matters more than the print. We would rather put a modest logo on a garment that survives than an impressive one on a shirt that does not.
It has to be repeatable. You will hire people. We hold your garment, colour and decoration specification against your quote reference so a new starter gets apparel that matches the team, not an approximation.
Roles differ. Front of house, warehouse, field and management usually need different garments carrying the same identity.
Embroidery often suits corporate garments where a stitched mark reads better than a print. We will advise per garment. See workwear and uniform embroidery and apparel embroidery.
Available through DECOVINK
Full-colour heat-applied transfers. Strong for detailed crests, gradients, photographic artwork and small runs where every garment differs. This is a DECOVINK production line today, with its own ordering tool.
Stitched decoration for caps, polos, jackets and bags, where a raised, textured finish suits the garment better than a print. Stitch specification and placement are confirmed per project.
Player names, numbers and staff titles applied per garment from one roster you send us. You do not prepare separate artwork for each player.
Ask us — not confirmed
Traditionally the economical route for large runs of a simple design in few colours. DECOVINK has not confirmed a screen-printing production arrangement, so treat this as an enquiry: ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your run.
Used for fully patterned polyester kit where the design runs edge to edge. DECOVINK has not confirmed a sublimation production arrangement, so this is also an enquiry rather than a listed service.
You do not have to choose. Tell us the garment and send the artwork, and we will recommend the appropriate decoration method for your project.
Tell us the roles, rough headcount and how the apparel gets used. We will propose garments that hold up.
We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.
There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.
Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.
No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.
We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.
We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.
