Custom Apparel · Gyms & Fitness
Instructor kit, member apparel and branded merchandise for gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, yoga studios and independent trainers.
Coaches and instructors are the most visible thing in the room. Staff apparel needs to identify them immediately, work while they train alongside members, and stay presentable through daily use.
Usually: performance tees, tanks, hoodies, quarter-zips and caps.
Member apparel is a different problem: you are producing something people choose to buy and wear outside the gym, which raises the bar on garment quality and on how the decoration feels.
Say in your request whether apparel is for staff, for sale to members, or both, because it changes what we recommend.
If you intend to resell, tell us. Quantities, sizing spread and how often you want to restock all change the sensible approach, and buying member stock the way you buy staff kit usually leaves you with the wrong sizes.
Member stores where people order their own size directly are a direction we are building towards and not something available today. Ask and we will tell you where it stands.
Performance wear, everyday tees and hoodies, shorts and pants, outerwear, headwear and bags.
Tell us whether it is staff kit, member apparel or both, and roughly how many.
We have not set a published minimum for custom apparel. Practically, some garments and some decoration methods only make sense above a certain run size, and we will tell you plainly which applies to your project rather than quote you something that does not work.
There is no fixed price list, and we are not going to publish one we cannot stand behind. Apparel cost depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many decoration locations you need, the quantity, and whether you want names and numbers. Send us your requirements and you get a written quote for your actual program.
Yes, and you do not prepare artwork for each player. Send one roster with names, numbers, garments and sizes, and we apply it across the order.
No. Approximate numbers are enough to start. Collecting exact sizes from thirty athletes before you know whether we can help is the wrong way round, so we do that after the conversation.
We will work to your colours and tell you honestly where a garment range limits what is achievable. Fabric colour availability is set by the garment supplier, not by us, so we confirm what is actually obtainable before you approve anything.
We recommend it based on your garment, your artwork and your run size. DTF and embroidery are available through DECOVINK. Screen printing and sublimation are enquiries at this stage, and we will not claim otherwise.
