Every sheet is 22 inches wide. The sheet you select is charged at its full price whether you fill all of the available space or not. Longer sheets give a lower effective cost per foot. Prices are in CAD and exclude tax and shipping.
Every DECOVINK gang sheet is 22″ wide. Set your document to 22″ by the length you intend to buy, at 300 DPI, and lay your designs out inside it. Downloading the template above does this for you.
Leave a little space between designs so they can be cut apart. Keep essential detail away from the extreme edges of the sheet.
Export at exactly the sheet size and do not scale the page.
When you upload, we compare the proportions of your file against the sheet size you selected and calculate its effective resolution across 22″.
We never stretch or distort your artwork to force it onto a selected sheet size. If the uploaded file does not correspond appropriately to the sheet you chose, we tell you which size it does match and ask you to either change the selection or supply a file built for that sheet.
If the resolution is below our recommended minimum you are asked to confirm before ordering, so the decision is visible to you in advance rather than after printing.

We produce the layout as you send it, at the sheet size you select. Spacing, positioning, spelling, colour and resolution inside your file remain yours to check — that is what the confirmation box covers.
That is separate from a production error by us. If we produce something materially different from the sheet you supplied, tell us within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup and a reprint or replacement is the primary remedy. Our Returns & Refunds page sets this out in full.

Standard DTF orders are normally ready for production within 1 to 2 business days of your order and artwork being accepted. That is production readiness, not carrier transit or a delivery date.

Yes. Choose your sheet length, upload the print-ready file, confirm it prints as supplied, and add it to your cart. We check that the file is the shape of the sheet you picked before you order, and we never stretch artwork to make it fit.
Yes. Upload your designs, set the printed size of each one, then arrange them yourself or press Auto arrange and we pack them for you with a quarter inch between designs. The price updates as you work and you add the finished sheet straight to your cart.
The gang sheet builder works with PNG and JPG artwork. PNG with a transparent background is best, because anything that is not transparent prints, including a white box behind a logo.
If you already have a print-ready sheet, the upload page also accepts PDF. PDF is not placed onto the builder canvas.

You still pay the full price of the sheet you chose, so it is worth filling it. The builder shows how much of the sheet you have used, and if there is a lot of space left you are usually better off adding more designs or dropping to a shorter sheet.
