Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by MMX Global Inc., which operates under the DECOVINK brand (“DECOVINK”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Ontario, Canada. By using this website you accept these terms.

What this website is for

This website describes DECOVINK’s custom sportswear, custom apparel, DTF and UV DTF transfer, embroidery, private label and wholesale services. It lets you send us inquiries and quote requests and, where available, order products online.

Online orders are also governed by our Order Terms, which apply when you place an order at checkout.

How quote requests work

  1. You send a request through one of our forms, or by email or phone.
  2. A member of our team reviews it. We may ask questions or suggest changes so the project can be produced well.
  3. Where we can take on the project, we send you a written quote.
  4. Production begins only after you have accepted a written quote and the details have been confirmed with you.

We may decline a request, for example where a project isn’t practical for us or the artwork raises the concerns described below. Submitting a request, including a wholesale or trade inquiry, doesn’t guarantee acceptance, a particular price, a trade account or any discount.

For quoted work, the price, quantities, timing and any deposit or payment terms are set out in your written quote. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Artwork Policy also apply, unless your written quote says otherwise.

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but product descriptions, examples and images are for general information. Images may be illustrative. Whether a decoration method, material or surface suits your project is confirmed when we review your request or order.

For quoted work, production times, minimum quantities and prices are confirmed in your written quote. For online orders, prices are calculated and shown before you pay.

Your artwork and files

When you send artwork or other files, you confirm that you own them or have permission to have them reproduced, and that reproducing them won’t infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights.

We may refuse artwork that violates applicable law; infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights; promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination; contains credible threats or promotes violence; or contains sexual exploitation imagery. Ordinary political, religious, artistic and sports-related designs aren’t refused solely because of their subject matter.

How we use, protect and keep your files is explained in our Artwork Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please don’t misuse the website, including by sending automated or misleading submissions, attempting to access areas or information that aren’t intended for you, or uploading files that contain malicious code.

Intellectual property

The DECOVINK name, logo, text and images on this website belong to MMX Global Inc. or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

Where we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We provide this website and its information for general use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DECOVINK isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, and for an order or quoted project our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for our own negligence or misconduct, or any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you’re a consumer living in another province or territory, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
